We do not sell your personal information. We use the following third-party services to operate the Service. Each provider is contractually required to protect your data to the same standard described in this policy:

• Supabase — database hosting, user authentication, and data storage
• Vercel — web application hosting and serverless API infrastructure
• OpenAI — AI-powered grammar sentence generation (no personal data is sent; only anonymized language and difficulty parameters)
• Google & Apple Sign-In — third-party authentication providers (we receive only your name and email)

We may also share data with law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Tracking & Advertising

LangSwipe does nottrack you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers, fingerprinting, or any form of cross-app tracking. We do not display ads. We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
